Care

Oxygen concentrators are not weatherproof and should be installed in a well ventilated and protected environment. Keep sheltered from direct sunlight, rain, and snow. For optimal performance and longevity, operate within temperatures between 35°F and 100°F.

Warranty

Apex O units are backed by a 3-year warranty. Oxygen concentrators are covered by a 1-year warranty.

Shipping 

Orders are processed promptly and shipped directly from our facility. Shipping costs and delivery timelines are calculated at checkout based on your location. You’ll receive tracking information as soon as your order ships. If you have specific timing needs or questions, feel free to reach out before purchasing.

Returns 

All purchases are eligible for return within 15 days of delivery. Return shipping is the responsibility of the sender. A 15% restocking fee applies to all returns, and handling fees are non-refundable. Refunds are processed within 30 days of receiving the returned item. All merchandise must be returned in its original packaging and in new, unused condition.

Exchanges 

Exchanges for brand new, sealed items follow the same return process, but no restocking fee will be applied.
