Products & Orders

All products are subject to availability. Apex O reserves the right to modify, discontinue, or update products, pricing, specifications, and availability at any time without notice.

We make every effort to accurately display product information, imagery, specifications, and colors. However, actual products may vary slightly from what is shown on screen.

Pricing & Payment

All prices are listed in U.S. dollars. Payment is required in full at the time of purchase unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.

Apex O reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including suspected fraud, pricing errors, or product availability issues.

Shipping

Shipping timelines provided at checkout are estimates and may vary depending on location, carrier delays, or inventory availability.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. Apex O is not responsible for delays or losses resulting from incorrect shipping details.

Returns & Exchanges

Purchases are eligible or return within 15 days of delivery. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Returned items are subject to a 15% restocking fee. Handling fees are non-refundable.

All returned merchandise must be unused, in original packaging, and in new condition.

Exchanges for brand new, sealed items follow the same return process, but no restocking fee will be applied.

Warranty

Apex O units are backed by a 3-year warranty. Oxygen concentrators are covered by a 1-year warranty.

Warranty coverage does not apply to damage caused by misuse, improper installation, environmental exposure, modification, neglect, or unauthorized repairs.

Oxygen concentrators are not weatherproof and must be operated in a protected environment.

Installation & Use

Customers are responsible for ensuring products are installed and operated properly. Apex O is not liable for damages resulting from improper installation, misuse, system incompatibility, or failure to follow installation guidance.

Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, renderings, photographs, videos, and design elements, is the property of Apex O and may not be copied, reproduced, or distributed without written permission.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Apex O shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from the use of this website or products purchased through it.

Changes to These Terms
